1. Turn Inside Out & Bag It

Before washing, always turn the garment inside out. This reduces friction between the embroidery and the machine drum or other clothes. We highly recommend using a mesh laundry bag—it’s the best defense against snags.

1. Go Gentle on the Cycle

Stick to cold water or warm water below 30°C (86°F) and select the "Gentle" or "Wool" cycle. Avoid heavy spin cycles, as intense force can warp the fabric or loosen the threads.

1. Skip the Bleach & High Heat

Never use bleach; it will fade your threads instantly. After washing, lay flat or hang to dry in the shade. Try to avoid high-heat dryer settings, as extreme heat can damage the thread fibers and kill the shine.
