Typically, it takes 3-7 business days from design confirmation to shipment. Embroidery requires two precise steps: digitizing and machine stitching. To ensure perfection, we need a little time. If you have a rush order, please contact our support team before purchasing.
Q: Can I order just one item? Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Absolutely! We support No Minimum Order Quantity (No MOQ). Whether you're an individual or a small business owner wanting a sample first, you are welcome. Of course, if you need a bulk order (e.g., 50+ pieces), we offer competitive tiered discounts to help your small business grow.
Q: Can I make edits if I'm not happy with the design?

Before production, we provide a Digital Mockup for your approval. If you need to adjust the size, placement, or colors, just let us know. We offer free revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Your vision, our stitches.

We respect originality. Please do not submit copyrighted brand logos (like Nike or Disney) or artwork unless you have official authorization. Original designs and public domain art are good to go.
Q: Who owns the digitized file?

You own your original artwork. We keep the digitized file to help you reorder easily. We never sell or share your designs.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, even a photo of a hand-drawn sketch. Higher resolution = better results.
Q: What’s your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for wrong size or “changed my mind.” But if we make a clear mistake or there’s a defect, we’ll redo it for free. Check your order as soon as it arrives.
